Sculpture Park 2010 Season

Featuring new work by
Richard Metz, Doug Mott of WoMo Art & Jay Walker

to benefit the kids of Abington Township

Running Now through November 28

Abington Art Center Sculpture Park
515 Meetinghouse Road, Jenkintown

Tthe human element comes to the forefront in the newest selections added to the Sculpture Park in 2010
“The Wall of Doubt” by Doug Mott of WoMo Art,
which becomes an animated chorus of voices that will not be ignored
“Tree Creatures” by Richard Metz
intended to be a fleeting gift and a reminder of a time
when people paid tribute to the wonders of nature
“Wait Upon” by Jay Walker
who worked for weeks to uncover two half-seen portraits
in the remains of what was the Sculpture Park’s oldest tree.
“People used to find gods in the woods, some still do” says artist Jay Walker, a fitting phrase for this year’s Sculpture Park experience.
